JUST Mock Trial introduces students to law, courtroom procedures, public speaking, and legal analysis through realistic trial simulations. Students take on roles such as attorneys, witnesses, judges, and bailiffs while preparing cases modeled after real legal scenarios.

Legal Foundations Workshops
Students learn the basics of criminal and civil law, courtroom roles, and legal procedure.
Case Analysis And Trial Preparation
Students review evidence packets, create direct and cross-examination questions, and draft opening and closing arguments.
Simulation And Role Play
Full mock trial simulations and jury deliberation reenactments help students practice trial performance.
Mock Trial Participation
Students may prepare for participation in CRF California Mock Trial and related local or state opportunities.
