Application Package

A complete application starts with a small set of required materials

Families should prepare the core application items first, then complete the supporting document and enrollment steps that follow after admission.

Application Requirements

What the application includes

Every application begins with the same five required pieces. This is the core package families prepare before the school moves into document collection and enrollment.

Step 2

Interview

An interview is part of the required admissions process.

Step 3

English proficiency test

TOEFL, IELTS, or Duolingo are accepted English proficiency test options.

Step 4

Application fee

The application fee is $130.

Step 5

Academic transcripts from the past three years

Academic transcripts from the past three years are required as part of the application.

How The Process Moves Forward

After the core requirements, families move through review and enrollment

  • Families submit required student and family information with supporting materials.
  • After the application and required materials are submitted, families may schedule an admissions interview.
  • Students complete any required admissions assessment; advanced program applicants may need an additional written assessment.
  • Admissions review generally takes 3-5 business days after all required materials have been submitted.
  • Families receive a decision, confirm enrollment, then complete required forms, contract steps, and deposit by the stated deadline.

A complete file keeps the review timeline clear

The admissions team reviews each student holistically, including academic record, assessment results, interview performance, English readiness when relevant, and overall fit for the program.

Required Documents Checklist

Documents families should prepare for enrollment

  • Passport identification page and, if applicable, visa page.
  • Official transcripts covering Grade 9 through the most recent completed term; Grade 9 applicants should submit junior high school report cards.
  • English proficiency results are strongly recommended for international applicants to advanced programs.
  • Complete immunization records, physical examination form, and Health Form.
  • Tuberculosis (TB) test clearance certificate.
  • Withdrawal certificate or other transfer-related documents from the previous school, if applicable.
  • Attendance and disciplinary records, plus a health insurance certificate.

Health records are part of enrollment, not an optional extra

Every student must complete the school-designated Health Form before enrollment, and students without valid vaccination records or approved exemption documents cannot complete registration.

Enrollment Process

What happens after admission

  • Pre-enrollment includes tuition, boarding, and related financial confirmations.
  • Families submit all required documents and health records before enrollment is completed.
  • Student systems and accounts, including learning platforms and school email, are activated during the pre-enrollment process.
  • If applicable, families also confirm flight information and airport pickup arrangements before arrival.
  • Arrival and enrollment include school check-in or dormitory move-in, campus orientation, and academic guidance before formal courses begin.

International enrollment requires travel and immigration documents

International students should carry a valid passport with F-1 visa, the original I-20, SEVIS I-901 fee receipt, acceptance letter, financial proof, immunization records, Health Form, and transcript copies.
